The Role

We are looking for a Project Accountant to join our small Finance Team in our new offices in Granta Park, Cambridge. Fantastic opportunity to gain good finance experience in a fast-paced environment that will give you exposure to a wide range of finance processes. The role reports into the Finance Director and is responsible for transactional processing, projects and month end duties.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Process the expenses and credit card transactions into Xero
• Documentation of systems and controls
• Process improvement initiatives
• Assisting with the month end close
• Preparation of the monthly balance sheet reconciliation
• Various ad-hoc duties & projects

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Accounting or Finance graduate
• 2:1 degree, 5 GCSE’s C or above including Maths and English.
• PQE or studying towards a professional qualification
• Experience using Xero would be advantageous
