Sphere Fluidics is an established Life Science company which provides instruments and specialist consumables for the global pharmaceutical and academic research community. We are growing quickly and have impressive plans requiring new and exciting skillsets and global capabilities to support this period of growth.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create digital strategy and deliver campaigns spanning brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation
• Support in the creation and development of integrated digital marketing channel strategies to provide the best possible customer experience
• Utilise marketing automation to create and monitor customer journeys and support the lead generation pipeline
• Own, generate, co-ordinate and maintain a constant flow of engaging content about products and events and the Sphere Fluidics’ brand, through social media channels in collaboration with product management and other internal stakeholders
• Managing all PPC channels and advertising campaigns e.g. Google AdWords
• Monitor and optimise performance, analyse and report results of digital campaigns in formal reports and presentations
• Support the updating and management of the Sphere Fluidics website with regards to scientific content and design, SEO, and in-bound marketing to drive organic traffic and grow sales
• Monitor and incorporate emergent new digital marketing techniques and programs
• Generate, support and promote key digital marketing collateral such as blogs, online brochures, webinars, white papers and interactive tools
• Support the marketing team to achieve company objectives and revenue goals
• Liaise and communicate effectively with internal teams to understand scientific concepts and data, to advance the direction of our marketing campaigns
• Ensure that the company’s website, E-commerce system and customer databases are legally compliant with IT and other relevant, international standards (e.g. GDPR)
• Responsible for managing external Consultants and vendors responsible for website design, video creation, updating, maintenance and GDPR-compliance

 

Education and Experience:

• HND/BSc in science, computing or marketing or HND/BA in Marketing or Business Studies
• Experience in Life Sciences companies is essential
• A passion for digital marketing, curiosity to try new things, and a test, learn, refine mindset
• Strong experience of creating, delivering, and analysing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social, website)
• Hands-on experience of Pardot marketing automation and SalesForce CRM or equivalent platforms
• Excellent communication skills to facilitate working in cross-functional teams and with collaborators and agencies to deliver the best results
• Proficient with Google Analytics/ Adwords etc
• Experience of WordPress or equivalent CMS
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
• Must be proficient in office software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
