Sphere Fluidics' Scientific Founders win European ACES Entrepreneurial Prize for Best University Life Sciences Spin-Out


Professors Chris Abell and Wilhelm Huck of Cambridge University and Radboud University, Nijmegen respectively were awarded an international prize for their enterprise in creating and developing Sphere Fluidics. Dr Andrew Mackintosh, the Chairman of Sphere Fluidics, collected the prize on the Founder’s behalf in a prize-giving ceremony in Brussels. “Chris and Wilhelm are a superb example of world-class scientists who are also entrepreneurial and help commercialise their technology in exciting new spin-outs”.
