Cyto-Cellect™ Human IgGκ Detection Kit has been designed to work in conjunction with the Cyto-Mine® Single Cell Analysis Platform to detect whole molecules of human IgG with kappa light chain secreted from cells encapsulated within picodroplets.

The fluorescent probes immediately bind to IgG (with kappa light chain) after secretion from encapsulated cells. The use of Cyto-Cellect™ Human IgGκ Detection Kit within Cyto-Mine® provides an assay for the measurement of single cell productivity by rapidly detecting secreted IgG, enabling the identification and selection of cells with the highest productivity.
