Overview
Sphere Fluidics’ Pico-Sort™ Reinjection / Sorting Biochip is designed to facilitate the reinjection and sorting of picodroplets. Pico-Sort™ Reinjection / Sorting Biochip is specially developed for sorting and isolation of “hit” picodroplets from the starting cell population based on a user-defined optical readout. Made from soft polymer, our microfluidic biochip is compatible with a wide range of commercially available biochip connectors.
Pico-Sort™ Reinjection / Sorting Biochips are suitable for a number of applications, including single or multiple cell encapsulation. They are compatible with a wide range of cell types (e.g. bacteria, yeast, CHO cells, Hybridomas, B-cells, T-cells) and molecules.
